Grilled Hamburgers; Makes 4 servings

1 lb hamburger
1 1/2 Tbsp Barbeque Sauce
2 tsp Grilling Sauces
Salt & Pepper

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. For the spices I used Aromatica Prime Rib & Beef Seasoning which includes dried onion, tomato, garlic, seasalt, white and black pepper, paprika and misc herbs. Make into 4 hamburger patties. Preheat grill, oil and add burgers. Cook on first side about 7 minutes, or until well browned, and flip. Cook another 7 minutes or until hamburger is fairly firm or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Cover with foil and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before eating.

Grilled Corn
4 ears Corn
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Place each ear of corn in a square of aluminum foil. Brush with extra virigin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap in foil and place on grill. Cook for roughly 15 minutes, or until completely warm. Serve immediately.

Grilled Potatoes
4 medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper

Place a large piece of foil in a grill safe pan and add potatoes. Top with remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Pull foil over top of potatoes to cover. Place on hot grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
